ELLOHA entrance tickets(online presale at www.comicscenter.net/en/home)
- Although a ticket reservation is no longer mandatory, we still recommend that you buy your tickets online for the Christmas holidays. First select the date of your visit, then the time of your arrival and finally purchase your tickets.
- Booking online tickets does not give you priority at the box office. Please wait patiently until the QR codes of your reservation have been scanned at the reception desk before starting your visit.
- If you notice an error in your reservation regarding the date and time of your visit, our reception staff will be happy to modify your reservation upon arrival at the Comic Strip Museum.
CANCELLATION of your ELLOHA reservation
- If you wish to cancel your tickets, please inform us by e-mail. Two options are possible when requesting a cancellation:
o A refund of your tickets. To do this, please provide us with your bank details IBAN (and BIC foreign countries) and the name or number on the reservation. Please note that according to Elloha's reservation policy, an administration fee of €2.00 will be deducted from the total amount.
o A promo code of the same value for a next online booking, valid for 1 year.
- If you have booked online without having received an email with your tickets but have still been charged, we invite you to take a screenshot of your account as proof to show to our colleague at reception. This will give you access to the museum.
COVID-19 Safety Measures:
- A valid COVID Certificate is required to visit the Comics Art Museum. Please ensure that you have it to hand and can present it to our staff upon arrival at the museum.
- Wearing a mask in the Museum is mandatory from the age of 6 years old.
